Personality:
A rugged drifter if you ever saw one. He has a dry sence of humor (if any at all). He's not the most sociable of people and being half Demon gives him a massive split personality complex. Though his Human half is in control, anger can bring out his other side.
His Demon haf is a vicious murderous beast with zero compation for any other living breathing thing. Keeping this in check however he still makes for a damaging power.
Appearance:
Nothing spectacular outside of a well built drifter. His clothes consist of a ragged trenchcoat blue jeans and plain T-shirt.
How ever in Demon Form he takes on a slightly more impressive look. HIs skin goes a dark black, his eyes go white and he grows a set of fangs. Not to mention the two huge black, feathered wings. His wing span has a bout a twenty foot radius.
History:
Ryan Walker, not your average wrestler, had just won his 27th world championship title in his several careers in different corperations. Realizing his obvious superiorty in the wrestling world he decides to retire from his long term career. However his retirment is short lived.
While staying in his home town of Hayborn Scottland. He hears of a tournament taking place in Norway. Legends say it takes place every 50 years and is hosted by the Norse God of The Night, Raven Darc. After clearing through the mortal rounds, Walker found himself facing Demon after Demon. To every ones amazement, including Darc's, Walker was the last fighter left. A battle of the ages insued as the mortal walker took on the dark demon of the night. When the dust had cleared, Walker shown as the winner. In complete disbelief Raven Darc swore he would not be the lesser to a mere mortal, thus he merged with Walker to create the ultimate Mortal/Demon warrior.
With new powers and new knowledge, Walker has had his flame for fighting re-lit. Going by Raven Darc's name and using the body of Ryan Walker, the two conjoined gladiators decide to take there newly found skills to the next level, the UCTF.
Additional:
Raven Darc comes to the Ring to "Land of the Free Disease" by Corrosion of Conformity. His entrance is nothing special. He just walks out to the ring (with trench coat on) and awaits his opponents arrival. Unless he is in a match he is especially prepared for (say a title match, etc.) He enters the ring and emediatly throws off the trench coat. In normal circumstances he would remove the coat when the match begins to heat up.
Regaurding his fighting style, Darc obtains a technical submission style as well as backyard brawling from Ryan Walker. His powers enhance when his shadow (which represents the Demon) merges. He can now create certain solid material objects with his shadow energy such as: the "Steel Talon" and "Million Chains" (see Signature Moves). His wings are useful for mainly defence. He can fly with speed and grace, he can also move them to deflect many attacks from hitting him directly.

Silver Talon:
Raven has recently achieved a new level of power in evolving his Steel Talon into his Sould Sword. A direct manifest of his true demonic power, The Silver Talon. Once this blade is summoned Raven's other demon powers are unusable but it more than compensates for the loss by channeling those same powers through the weapon itself.
Lightning Slash (with a swing of his sword the blade lights up with the Black Lightning Energy sparking off the serreted edges of the blade as it strikes it's target electrucuting as well as slashing the opponent)
Spark Charge (Raven is unable to charge a black lightning shot while the sword is out but using the blade he can scrape it onthe ground or hard surface sparking a charge of lightening that he can fire through the blade itself)
Black Lightning Wave (The Talon's charged lightning can be fired by a forward slash at the ground. The pounding wave of black energy and purple-ish electricity cuts into the ground and spans as high as 9 feet from the ground and cuts through objects much like a blade itself)
Hilt Chain (While using the Talon Raven cannot use his chains. However the emblem dangling on the hilt of his sword can extend limitlessly just like his Million Chain's attack. He can also charge this chain with electricity just like his others)

Black Whole Nova Blast (a powerful blast of black energy emited from his body, the energy mass has a slight vortex effect and destroys nearly everything in its path. This move his highly unstable and he prefers not to use it)
Silver Wave (Used only when the Silver Talon is Manifested, sticking the Talon into the ground and using a strenuous amount of energy he pulsates a circular wave of SILVER energy that extends all the way to the heavens. Once this massive wave of energy is formed it can be redirected at the enemy. This move is the most draining of any attack. After using it his Talon is gone and almost all of his energy is gone. He only gets one shot with this one)
